Hall Green SIPS Extension

This home in Hall Green had a mature rear garden, dominated by the side wall of a neighbours extension. The owners decided to build out alongside this to create an open plan living, dining and kitchen area to the rear of their house, that would hide this wall and open their house out into the garden. The extension wraps around the side of the house as well to create a utility and storage space alongside.

The owners entirely self-built the extension using SIPS panels for the wall and roof structure along with a brick external finish and high quality windows and sliding doors. The extension provides the growing family with a generous, sociable living space for all to enjoy.
