Many clients choose to commission the early design phases first, such as feasibility, to test ideas, budget and scope of the work before moving on to planning or technical stages. This staged approach reduces your risk, making sure our service is always tailored to your needs at every step.
Who else is involved?
Some projects require input from other specialists, such as structural engineers, surveyors, planning or energy consultants for example. If this apples to your project, we will highlight these likely additional costs within our initial proposal so you have a clear picture from the start of who you may need in your design team. We can help assemble your project team and coordinate their designs and input to make sure every contribution adds maximum value.
